HOW THE AUDIT WORKS

Evidence led recommendations

Your digital product needs a good user experience to catalyse product adoption. This means making your features easy to understand and even easier to use. Our UX audit can help fine tune your existing product and generate a backlog of improvements to benefit the user and ultimately, keep them coming back.

1. User insight

We’ll consider who your audiences are and put ourselves in their shoes. Exercising empathy will allow us to evaluate your product from the user’s point of view.

2. Category best practice

Ultimately, your product needs to be usable in the context of what users are used to. We’ll apply tried and tested design heuristics and best practice to evaluate how your product is performing.

3. Recommendations

You’ll want to be able to start improving your product from any insight gained. That’s why we’ll provide design recommendations with our audit. These will range in effort and impact scores but we’ll always offer you a consultation to guide you through.
